The roofs and terraces will be inverted and passable for private, pedestrian uses, treated with waterproof asphalt sheets.
The roofs will be thermally insulated with a layer of polyurathane foam projected ia a homogeneous manner and finished with terracotta slabs.

In kitchen and bathrooms, non-slip stoneware of best quality.

EXTERIOR CARPENTRY
The exterior carpentry will be of aluminium of best quality lacquered in white.

All interior installations will be realised with copper pipes, protected in all its length with an isolating shell.
All the fixtures will be chromed mixer taps, brand Ramon Soler or similar.
The drainage net will be realised with approved PVC and all drainpipes are counting on ventilation and lined with acoustic isolation material.
KITCHEN
The kitchens will come fully installed with oven, glass-ceramic hob and hood.
The builder reserves the right to alter the specification during construction.
